To tie up with reputed Manufacturers / Suppliers for Purchase in Bulk quantity at best discounts while ensuring and checking the Quality.
Objectives
To tie up with reputed Manufacturers / Suppliers for Purchase in Bulk quantity at best discounts while ensuring and checking the Quality.
Benefits will be available to Members only.
Generally the payments by the Members will be made 10 days in Advance to JIO Chapter who will pass on the payment to JIO Apex who will pay to the Suppliers as per the payment terms.
Apex will do the Legal Contract with the Suppliers under intimation to all Chapters.
Work to do
Identify all Suppliers for various items and negotiate the discount structure, hopefully two suppliers for each item .
Check the Quality & Reputation of the Supplier and their creditability.
Compare the market prices with discounted price of all Suppliers. Also compare with Amazon & other Online prices offered.
Have Professional Staff at Apex & Members’ Committee for attending to grievances / complaints.
Fill up the attached Bulk Buying sheet for Comparison & Information
Identify all Suppliers for various items and negotiate the discount structure.
Circulate amongst all JIO Members every month, List of Items & the Discount Structure for them to make their purchases
Implementation
Form Committees & Sub Committees for different Items on Saturday 16-Dec, especially identify the Office Bearers from Apex & Mumbai Zone.
Each Chapter to give 2 Representatives from their Chapter for all major Projects / Activities. Their Names should be discussed with PP Gurudev so that Committee work can be initiated from 16-Dec.
Initially each Committee can have meetings every week and all Members must be appraised through its Minutes.
Action Taken Report (ATR) must be reviewed every week and finally the Committee must present its work and progress done to PP Gurudev on Sunday, 14th Jan at One Avinghna Park.
