To prepare Business Directory and CD for business information of all JIO Members, Businessmen and Professionals.
Objectives
To prepare Business Directory and CD for business information of all JIO Members, Businessmen and Professionals.
There should be easy retrieval of Trade-wise, State-wise availability of information.
Have a website for all Business queries and information.
Work to do
Committee to make the Form for filling up Business Information both hard copy and filling online.
To popularize filling of Business Data by all Jain Businessmen and Professionals.
Have Professional Staff at Apex for collecting and compiling and data entry and consolidation of all data.
Review different trade directories and workout the appropriate course of action.
Implementation
Form Committees & Sub Committees on Saturday 16-Dec, especially identify the Office Bearers from Apex & Mumbai Zone.
Each Chapter to give 2 Representatives from their Chapter for all major Projects / Activities. Their Names should be discussed with PP Gurudev so that Committee work can be initiated from 16-Dec.
Workout Budget & Sources of Funds.
Each Committee can have meetings once a month and all Members must be appraised through its Minutes.
Action Taken Report (ATR) must be reviewed every week and finally the Committee must present its work and progress done to PP Gurudev on Sunday, 14th Jan at One Avinghna Park.
