Objectives
To tie up with reputed Insurance Company and get excellent Coverage for hospitalization expenses for Individuals & Family Floater.
Benefits will be available to Members only.
Apex will do the Legal Contract with the Insurance Company / Agent.
Work to do
Convey all Salient Points of the Policy to all Members through Chapters.
If possible, appoint agents who can get certain commission but it will be their responsibility for follow-up and correctness of every claim and settlement of claims.
Such Agents can follow up with the Insurance Company for passing of all Claims.
Have Professional Staff at Apex for attending to grievances / complaints.
Implementation
Form Committees & Sub Committees for different Items on Saturday 16-Dec, especially identify the Office Bearers from Apex & Mumbai Zone.
Each Chapter to give 2 Representatives from their Chapter for all major Projects / Activities. Their Names should be discussed with PP Gurudev so that Committee work can be initiated from 16-Dec.
Workout Budget & Sources of Funds.
Initially each Committee can have meetings every week and all Members must be appraised through its Minutes.
Action Taken Report (ATR) must be reviewed every week and finally the Committee must present its work and progress done to PP Gurudev on Sunday, 14th Jan ’18 at One Avinghna Park
